Almond Boys

Ingredients

12 tablespoons coconut oil, not melted 12 large Medjool dates 2 tablespoons chocolate chips 12 almonds

Instructions

1. If your coconut oil is melted to liquid, place in the freezer for a few minutes until it is firm (but not rock hard).

2. Split open and pit the dates.

3. Place a half teaspoon of chocolate chips in each date.

4. Smother the top with coconut oil.

5. Place an almond on top and press down lightly, and enjoy.
