Apple Pear Crumble

Ingredients

½ cup coconut oil 1 cup pecans ¼ cup almond flour ¼ cup coconut flour 3 tablespoons coconut sugar ½ teaspoon nutmeg ½ teaspoon ground allspice ⅛ teaspoon sea salt 3 apples 3 pears 1 lemon 1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ cup coconut whipped cream

Instructions

1. Melt coconut oil in a small saucepan.

2. Chop pecans. Combine pecans, flours, sugar, nutmeg, allspice, and salt in a bowl. Pour melted oil over the top and mix well to incorporate. Store in fridge.

3. Wash and chop the fruit into large chunks.

4. Juice and zest the lemon.

5. Toss fruit with lemon juice, zest, and cinnamon.

6. Preheat oven to 375F.

7. Spread fruit out into a 9 x 13 glass dish.

8. Remove topping from fridge and crumble with hands over top of the fruit.

9. Bake for 45 minutes or until fruit is bubbling and topping is lightly browned.

10. Serve warm and topped with coconut whipped cream.
