Ingredients

2 large apples 12 ounces salami, or prosciutto 2 cups tortilla chips ½ cup guacamole 1 cup almonds

1. Core and slice apples into quarters. Slice apple quarters into 1/2 inch slices.

2. Wrap each apple slice in a slice of salami or prosciutto. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat until all apple slices are gone.

3. Evenly distribute apple salami bites, chips, guacamole, and almonds among lunch boxes. Enjoy!
