Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Ingredients

skewer sticks aluminum foil 16 jumbo shrimp 8 slices bacon ⅛ teaspoon paprika, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 450F. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20-30minutes. Line baking pan with foil. Place baking rack in pan.

2. Peel and devein shrimp, leaving the tails on. Cut bacon in half.

3. Wrap each shrimp with 1/2 slice of bacon and push a skewer through. Place shrimp on rack. Lightly sprinkle both sides with paprika. Let stand 15 minutes.

4. Bake 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crisp around the edges and shrimp turn pink. Serve warm.
