Baked Ham with Brown Sugar Glaze

Ingredients

2 pounds ham nugget ½ cup orange juice, (or pineapple juice) ½ cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard ¼ teaspoon ground ginger 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Place the ham in a large roasting pan, flat side down.

3. Combine glaze ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer 2-3 minutes.

4. Brush over the ham.

5. If your ham is labeled 'fully cooked', heat for 8-10 minutes per pound, or to an internal temperature of 140F. If the ham is labeled 'cook before eating,' heat to an internal temperature of 160F. Baste every 20 minutes or so with the sauce.

6. If desired, brush extra overtop and broil to make the glaze golden.

7. Allow the ham to rest out of the oven for 15 minutes before slicing across the grain into thin slices. Hah, yeah right.
