Banana Chia Pudding

Ingredients

4 bananas ¾ cup chia seeds 2 teaspoons cinnamon 3 cups almond milk 2 tablespoons protein powder 4 tablespoons chopped walnuts, to garnish

Instructions

1. Mash half of the banana in a small bowl. Add in the chia seeds, cinnamon, milk, and protein powder, and mix to combine.

2. Allow the chia seeds to rest for 10 – 15 minutes, or overnight.

3. When ready to eat, slice remaining banana.

4. Divide the pudding evenly between bowls. Add slices of banana and garnish with some chopped walnuts.
