Basic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, or avocado oil or walnut oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice, or lime juice or vinegar of choice ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper, optional ⅛ teaspoon sea salt, to taste

Instructions

1. Place all the ingredients in a small jar and shake vigorously to combine. Use the vinaigrette to lightly dress greens or vegetables.

2. Store leftovers in the refrigerator. When you’re ready to use it. Bring the leftovers to room temperature and shake the jar to mix again.
