Basil Pesto

Ingredients

1 bunch fresh basil ½ cup pine nuts ½ cup extra virgin olive oil 1 lemon sea salt, to taste ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Remove large stems from basil.

2. In a food processor, process basil, pine nuts, and olive oil until smooth.

3. Juice lemon.

4. Season pesto with sea salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
