Ingredients

½ onion

½ head garlic ⚠

1 cup chicken broth, or beef broth

½ cup apple cider vinegar

¾ cup molasses

1 pinch ground allspice ⚠

2 tablespoons celery salt

1 cup tomato paste

¼ cup mustard ⚠

½ teaspoon horseradish ⚠

1. Peel and dice onion and garlic.

2. Heat onions & garlic in broth on medium stove heat.

3. Turn stove heat down to low.

4. Add all other ingredients, and combine completely by stirring.

5. Cook for 45 minutes to an hour, stirring occasionally until desired consistency is reached.

6. Use immediately or store in the fridge for later use.
