BBQ Shredded Beef

Ingredients

1 small onion 5 teaspoons minced garlic 1 cup chicken broth, or beef broth ½ cup apple cider vinegar ¾ cup molasses ⅛ teaspoon ground allspice 2 tablespoons celery salt 1 cup tomato paste ¼ cup mustard ½ teaspoon horseradish 1 pound shredded beef

Instructions

1. Peel and dice onion.

2. Heat onions and garlic in broth on medium stove heat.

3. Turn stove heat down to low.

4. Add all other ingredients except beef, and combine completely by stirring.

5. Cook for 45 minutes to an hour, stirring occasionally until desired consistency is reached.

6. Once sauce is ready, add shredded beef to sauce and allow to heat through.

7. Enjoy!
