Black Bean Nachos

Ingredients

4 green onions 4 avocados 1 cup cooked black beans parchment paper 6 cups tortilla chips, plus more to taste ½ cup salsa

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375F.

2. Dice the green onions. Peel, pit, and chop the avocados. Drain beans and set aside.

3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange chips into a thin layer. Top with beans.

4. Place nachos in oven for 3-5 minutes.

5. Remove nachos and garnish with green onions, avocado, and salsa.

6. Serve immediately.
