Blackberry Apple Crumble

Ingredients

2 teaspoons arrowroot 1 tablespoon water 4 cups blackberries, (fresh or frozen) ¼ cup coconut sugar coconut oil, for greasing dish 2 apples 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 tablespoon coconut sugar, additional 1 cup almond flour 2 teaspoons honey ¼ cup coconut oil, melted

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375F.

2. In a medium bowl mix arrowroot and water until uniform. Toss in blackberries with coconut sugar

3. Grease a pie pan or 9 inch baking dish with coconut oil. Thinly slice the apples and arrange them on the bottom the dish.

4. Sprinkle cinnamon and additional coconut sugar evenly over the top of the apples.

5. Pour the blackberry mixture over the top of the apples.

6. In a bowl, combine almond flour, honey, and coconut oil. Drop small amounts evenly over top of fruit.

7. Bake for 30 minutes or until filling is bubbly and the topping is golden.
