Ingredients

1 pound bacon 2 tomatoes 2 avocados 8 slices gluten-free bread mayonnaise 1 head butter lettuce

Instructions

1. Cook the bacon and set aside to drain.

2. Slice tomatoes thinly. Slice avocados in half, remove the pit, peel off the skin, and slice thinly.

3. Toast the bread and spread with mayonnaise.

4. Stack the bread with bacon, butter lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado. Top with final piece of bread and serve.
