Ingredients

4 cups almond milk, or milk of choice 2 medium bananas 6 cups baby spinach 6 cups frozen blueberries ½ cup protein powder

1. Chop and freeze bananas.

2. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

3. Serve immediately.
