Bree's Vegetarian Chili & Cornbread

Ingredients

1 can diced tomato, fire roasted 1 red bell pepper 1 orange bell pepper 1 can pinto beans 1 can cooked kidney beans 1 pound impossible meat 1 yellow onion 1 package chili seasoning 2 cups water 1 package Cornbread Mix 1 ½ cups almond milk 2 eggs ½ cup canola oil 1 bag Fritos

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven.

2. Prepare the cornbread, according to directions. (I've included those ingredients in this list as well.)

3. Roast the bell peppers on the stove; it really brings out the flavor.

4. Brown your "meat".

5. Rinse the beans thoroughly. Lose the bean juice.

6. Dump everything else (not the cornbread) in a big pot, beans and water and all.

7. Cook for at least 15 minutes.
