Chimichurri

Ingredients

½ bunch fresh parsley ⅔ bunch cilantro 2 cloves garlic ½ cup extra virgin olive oil ⅓ cup red wine vinegar ¼ teaspoon cumin ¼ teaspoon sea salt ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

1. Chop herbs. Peel and crush garlic into coarse paste.

2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
