Ingredients

1 cup almond butter ¼ cup honey 1 egg ½ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon sea salt ¼ cup chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, whisk together almond butter, honey, egg, baking soda, and salt. When combined, gently stir in chocolate chips.

3. Spoon about 2 tablespoons worth of batter onto the cookie sheet for each cookie.

4. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes on the cookie sheet.

5. Eat warm or store in an airtight container.
