Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

Ingredients

1 cup hazelnuts, whole and unsalted 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

1. Place the hazelnuts in a food processor or blender and process for 2-3 minutes, until a paste begins to form.

2. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat, or microwave on low power, checking and stirring every 20 seconds until melted.

3. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the hazelnuts and process for an additional 2-3 minutes, until completely smooth. Place in a jar, cover, and let cool.

4. Store at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
