Cinnamon-Sage Dry Rubbed Steak

Ingredients

1 ½ tablespoons sea salt 1 tablespoon ground sage ¾ teaspoon cinnamon 2 pounds sirloin steak 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

1. Combine the salt, herbs, and spices together in a small bowl.

2. Rub the mixture on both sides of the steaks.

3. Heat the coconut oil in a cast-iron skillet on medium-high heat. When the fat has melted and the pan is hot, cook the steaks 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. Make sure beef is cooked until an internal temperature of 145F is reached.
