Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

¾ cup cane sugar, or sucanat 1 cup water 10 ounces fresh cranberries, or frozen

Instructions

1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to boil, add cranberries; return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Cover and cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
