Crispy Almonds

Ingredients

2 cups raw almonds ¾ teaspoon sea salt, or to taste

Instructions

1. Place nuts in a bowl. Cover with filtered water and sea salt. Allow to soak overnight.

2. In the morning, drain and rinse nuts well.

3. Dehydrate for 12-24 hours in your dehydrator set to 150F or oven at 150F or the lowest available temperature. Finished nuts should be dry and slightly crispy.

4. Store in an airtight container until ready to eat or use.
