Crispy Hazelnuts and Pecans

Ingredients

2 cups raw hazelnuts 2 cups raw pecans, or walnuts 1 tablespoon sea salt, divided

Instructions

1. Place nuts in two separate bowls; cover with filtered water, add half the sea salt to each bowl; allow to soak overnight.

2. In the morning, drain and rinse nuts well.

3. Dehydrate, keeping the nuts separated for 12-24 hours in your dehydrator set to 150F or oven at 150F or the lowest available temperature.
