Crispy Pine Nuts

Ingredients

½ cup raw pine nuts water 2 teaspoons sea salt

Instructions

1. Place nuts in a bowl; cover with filtered water, add sea salt; allow to soak overnight.

2. In the morning, drain and rinse nuts well.

3. Dehydrate for 12-24 hours in your dehydrator set to 150F or oven at 150F or the lowest available temperature. Finished nuts should be dry and slightly crispy.
