Cumin Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

8 carrots 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, or coconut oil 1 teaspoon cumin ½ teaspoon sea salt, or to taste ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375F. Peel and chop carrots into bite-sized pieces.

2. Toss carrots with oil, cumin, salt, and pepper to coat.

3. Spread carrots on a baking sheet and bake for 25-35 minutes.
