Eggnog

Ingredients

10 eggs 4 cups cashew milk, or almond milk ½ teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon cinnamon ⅓ cup pure maple syrup 2 tablespoons coconut oil 4 tablespoons spiced rum, optional

Instructions

1. Separate eggs and set whites aside for another recipe. Combine all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and foamy.

2. Pour into your favorite cups and sprinkle with some additional nutmeg and cinnamon.
