Energizing Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients

8 tablespoons chia seeds 1 teaspoon matcha powder ½ teaspoon vanilla 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup 2 cups almond milk 1 cup strawberries 1 apple 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

1. Place the chia seeds, matcha powder, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and almond milk into a bowl and mix well to combine. Place bowl into the fridge overnight.

2. When ready to eat, quarter strawberries. Core and slice apple.

3. Layer the matcha pudding into glasses and top with strawberries, blueberries, and apple slices.
