Fig and Pistachio Salad

Ingredients

20 fresh figs ¾ cup pistachios, unsalted 6 ounces arugula, or other peppery green ⅛ teaspoon balsamic vinaigrette, to taste

Instructions

1. Cut figs into quarters. Remove pistachio from shells.

2. Sprinkle chopped fig and pistachios over arugula.

3. Drizzle with vinaigrette to taste.
