Guacamole

Ingredients

2 small avocados ½ bunch cilantro 1 tablespoon lime juice, preferably freshly squeezed ½ teaspoon sea salt ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

1. Cut the avocados in half, remove pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Finely chop cilantro.

2. Add the cilantro and remaining ingredients to the bowl with avocado, mash with a fork to mix thoroughly, and serve.
