Ingredients

1 pound green beans ¼ cup sliced almonds 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

1. Rinse green beans in a colander.

2. Submerge green beans in 3-4 cups of water in a pot.

3. Bring to a boil. Boil for 5-6 minutes.

4. Remove from heat and drain out water.

5. In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook sliced almonds for 3-4 minutes.

6. Add green beans to the pan, tossing to coat green beans in olive oil and almonds. Season with salt and serve.
