Harissa Spiced Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

1 pound cooked chicken 1 bell pepper ½ head iceberg lettuce, or butter lettuce 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon harissa spice, plus more to taste 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

1. Shred chicken. Finely slice bell pepper. Separate lettuce leaves.

2. Warm olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add harissa seasoning, and sauté for a minute to release the flavors.

3. Add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes to warm through. Adjust seasoning to your preference.

4. Turn off heat and add lemon juice.

5. Spoon some chicken onto the center of each lettuce wrap. Top with bell pepper. Fold and serve immediately.
