Homemade Coconut Whipped Topping

Ingredients

⅔ cup coconut cream

Instructions

1. Place the cream in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Transfer the whipped topping. It will retain its texture for a day or two in the fridge, after which time you can repeat this step and chill the whipped topping again.

2. Serve over fruits, waffles, or enjoy with your favorite dessert! Use within a week.
