Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

¼ onion 2 cloves garlic 1 small lemon 2 pounds artichoke hearts 1 cup mayonnaise ¼ cup sliced almonds

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Peel onion and garlic. Juice the lemon.

3. In the bowl of food processor, set with the s-blade, pulse the onion and garlic until minced.

4. Add the artichokes and pulse until diced.

5. Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice and pulse one more time until well combined.

6. Spoon into a shallow baking dish; Sprinkle top with sliced almonds. Bake for about 30-40 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
