Ingredients

2 red bell peppers 1 head romaine 1 cup artichoke heart 16 ounces salami, or pepperoni 1 cup olives ½ cup Italian dressing

Instructions

1. Dice bell peppers. Roughly chop lettuce. Chop artichoke hearts. Cube or slice salami.

2. Toss lettuce, bell peppers, and artichoke hearts together.

3. Pack salami, olives, salad, and dressing into lunch boxes.
