Italian Marinated Chicken

Ingredients

1 pound chicken breast ⅓ cup olive oil ¼ cup red wine vinegar ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon dried oregano ½ teaspoon dried basil ½ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Be sure to wrap the chicken in cling wrap, and flatten it some with a mallet.

2. Put everything but the chicken in a quart or gallon sized ziploc bag. Squish it around to mix up.

3. Add the chicken to the bag. Seal the bag, squeezing out any excess air. Let the chicken marinate for at least one hour and up to 12 hours.
