Lazy Breakfast Pizza Crust

Ingredients

1 package gluten free pizza dough, or add a gluten free pizza crust recipe from recipe box

Instructions

1. Follow instructions on package to prepare your dough. You will need 1 ball per pizza you are preparing. Grate cheese.

2. Roll and/or stretch your dough into shape. This is the fun part where you can toss it in the air like at a pizza parlor.

3. Place your shaped dough on a pizza stone or sheet pan covered with parchment paper.

4. Add toppings of choice and bake 8-12 minutes at 500F or until cheese is bubbly and the crust is slightly browned.
