Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1 lemon 1 teaspoon honey 1 shallot ½ cup extra virgin olive oil ⅓ teaspoon sea salt, or to taste ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

1. Juice the lemon. Mince shallot.

2. Whisk together the lemon juice, honey, and minced shallot in a small bowl. Slowly add the oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly until emulsified.

3. Season with the salt and pepper.
