Lime and Cranberry Energy Balls

Ingredients

1 small lime ⅔ cup dried cranberries, unsweetened 1 cup desiccated unsweetened coconut 1 cup almond flour 2 tablespoons coconut oil 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

1. Zest and juice lime. Place the cranberries into a food processor or high-speed blender and process until finely chopped.

2. Add remaining ingredients and blitz until the mixture comes together. Roll into 12 balls (per batch).

3. Store the balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
