Maple Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

2 pounds Brussels sprouts 4 tablespoons avocado oil 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt, plus more to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Halve the brussels sprouts. Melt avocado oil.

2. Place the brussels sprouts in a large bowl and set aside.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the avocado oil, maple syrup and sea salt.

4. Pour mixture over the sprouts and mix well.

5. Place the sprouts on a lined baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes, flipping halfway through once they are browned and caramelized on the underside.
