Ingredients

For the garnish: 2 limes 2 tablespoons sea salt For the drink: 8 limes 2 tablespoons honey 1 ¾ cups tequila 1 ½ cups plain kombucha 1 teaspoon ginger juice, optional

Instructions

1. For the garnish: Cut half the limes into wedges and before mixing up a pitcher of this lovely elixir, run a wedge of lime around the rim of your glasses.

2. Gently press the glass rim down on a plate of sea salt.

3. Fill the glasses with ice. Put them on a tray and into the freezer to chill until ready to serve.

4. For the drink: Juice the limes. Dissolve the honey in lime juice with a whisk or spoon.

5. Add tequila, kombucha, and optional ginger juice.

6. Cut the remaining garnish lime into rounds. Pour drinks into chilled glasses and don the rim with a lime round.
