Matcha Energy Balls

Ingredients

1 tablespoon matcha powder 1 cup coconut flakes ΒΌ cup coconut flour 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder 2 tablespoons coconut oil 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well combined.

2. Form into 12 balls per batch with your hands and store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
