Ingredients

8 eggs 2 cucumbers 2 carrots 1 cup strawberries 2 oranges 2 cups tortilla chips 1 cup hummus

Instructions

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, use a spoon to gently drop in eggs so that they do not crack. Allow them to boil for 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, make an ice bath. Once eggs are finished cooking, transfer them to the ice bath.

3. While the eggs are cooling, slice cucumbers, carrots, and strawberries. Peel and segment oranges.

4. Place eggs, cheese, veggies, fruit, chips, and hummus into separate compartments of bento-style lunch boxes or into separate containers with lids.
