1 pound cooked chicken 2 cucumbers 1 red bell pepper 2 carrots 1 cup olives 8 butter lettuce leaves

Instructions

1. Shred chicken. Slice cucumbers, bell peppers, and carrots.

2. Place chicken, veggies, olives, and lettuce leaves into separate compartments of bento-style lunch boxes or separate containers with lids.
