Orange Dreamsicles

Ingredients

3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoons honey 3 tablespoons hydrolyzed gelatin, optional 1 ¾ cups orange juice 8 ounces full fat coconut milk popsicle sticks

Instructions

1. Separate eggs, then set aside 2/3 of egg whites for another recipe. Beat egg yolks.

2. Add vanilla, honey, and hydrolyzed gelatin and continue whisking until honey is dissolved. Stir in orange juice and coconut milk.

3. Pour into popsicle molds, add sticks, and freeze until set (usually overnight is best).

4. Enjoy!
