Orange Marmalade

Ingredients

1 orange 1 cup sucanat

Instructions

1. Leave peel on orange and cut into quarters. Place in a food processor or blender.

2. Pulse until pulverized.

3. Add the sucanat and mix until well blended.

4. Place the mixture in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil, simmering for 8 minutes.

5. Store unused marmalade in the fridge and use as a garnish for yogurt, savory dishes, or on peanut butter sandwiches.
