Our Overnight Oats

Ingredients

⅓ cup rolled oats ⅓ cup soy milk 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp Greek yogurt ⅛ cup protein powder

Instructions

In a clean, 8-ounce Mason jar, add the oats, soy milk, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and protein powder.

Stir well but carefully.

Add up to 1/4 cup of fruit, nuts, nut butter, or whatever mixing you want.

Store in the refrigerator at least 3 hours (but no more than 5 days).
