Peanut Butter and Coconut Energy Balls

Ingredients

10 dates ¾ cup almond flour ½ cup coconut flakes 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1 tablespoon coconut oil 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blitz into a paste.

2. Form walnut-sized balls by pressing the paste together with your hands. Place in the fridge for a few hours so that they become more solid.
