Ingredients

1 ½ pounds cremini mushrooms, or other mushrooms 2 teaspoons minced garlic 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil ¾ teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, to taste 14 ounces pizza sauce

Instructions

1. Slice mushrooms.

2. Sauté mushrooms and garlic in olive oil with sea salt and red pepper flakes uncovered. Sauté until mushrooms begin to soften, and remove from heat.

3. Spread sauce evenly over prepared pizza crust, top with cooked mushrooms, and serve.
