Pizza - Prosciutto, Tomato, Olive and Arugula

Ingredients

½ cup olives 1 cup cherry tomatoes 4 ounces prosciutto 3 ounces arugula extra virgin olive oil ¼ teaspoon sea salt ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Pit and slice olives. Cut tomatoes in half.

2. Dice prosciutto.

3. Top prepared pizza crust with prosciutto, olives, tomatoes arugula, and a generous drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and red pepper.

4. Slice and serve.
