Poached Eggs

Ingredients

6 eggs 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

1. Fill a pot with 4 inches of water and bring to a boil.

2. Add apple cider vinegar and reduce to a simmer. (Not a boil which will cause the eggs to break apart.)

3. Break each egg individually into a small bowl and then tip carefully into the water one by one, bringing together the white with a spoon if necessary.

4. Cover and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until yolks are cooked to the desired consistency. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve.
