Prosciutto Wraps with Cucumber, Tomato, and Avocado

Ingredients

2 avocados 3 tomatoes 1 large cucumber 16 slices prosciutto sea salt, to taste ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Peel, pit and slice the avocado.

2. Slice tomatoes thinly. Peel and thinly slice cucumbers.

3. Lay out prosciutto slices.

4. Stack the wraps on one end with tomatoes, cucumber and avocado.

5. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Roll up tightly and serve.
